“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever. “
My name is Anne Marie Westervelt. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from Holy Family University and am in my 23rd year of teaching. I am in my 20th year here at Saint Matthew School and every day truly is a new adventure. I enjoy teaching our primary grades and especially preparing our children to receive their sacraments. Our students are like sponges, always wanting to soak up more and more knowledge.
I have a husband, Ted and two children, Kristina who is a sophomore at Saint Basil Academy, and Teddy who is in seventh grade at St. Katherine of Siena school. I am an avid fan of Disney, I like to watch my children play soccer, love spending time on the beach and never pass up reading a good book!
