My name is Maryellen Stauble and I have been teaching at St. Matthew School since September, 2000. I have taught in fourth grade, the Resource Room for fifth and sixth grade, and presently, I am a second grade teacher. While I graduated many years ago from Holy Family College, in 2012, I earned my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Cabrini College. However, my real education happens daily in my classroom. I am still learning, along with my students. I feel fortunate to teach in a school that allows me to instill a love for learning in my students, while fostering their love of God.
On a personal note, family is everything! My sons, Jimmy and Matthew, are hard-working young men who love spending time with family, especially their nieces. My daughter, Melanie, along with her husband, Brian are raising three beautiful girls. These girls are the little loves of my life. They keep me young at heart! Life may not be perfect, but it is good! I wake up every morning, thankful for the people in my life. Whether my title is Mrs. Stauble, Mom, or Mimi...I do my best to honor each one!
